The basic principle of the nozzles is that very small drops are put into the air flow. This way, the air will absorb these drops and the air humidity will be increased. This is realised by a high-pressure water pump which transports the water through the pipes to the nozzles. The nozzles spray the water in very small drops into the air flow.
Omnivent installs the nozzles in the pressure chamber, and the reason why we choose to do this is that the air can be treated before it reaches the product. The idea is that when you saturate the air in the area above the product, the product will already be damaged. This loss of moisture can never be rectified. Therefore: treat the air before it reaches the product and not when the air leaves the product.
Of course this installation can also be realised in accordance with the wishes of the customer.
